How much do tickets to and from Ukraine cost

We cannot guarantee that tickets will be cheaper on Tuesday or Wednesday. However, we do know what factors influence train ticket prices. Routes with transfers in Przemyśl may be more expensive, even for passengers eligible for discounts, due to differences in the discount systems applied in Ukraine and Europe. Additionally, the class of comfort you choose when booking your ticket also affects the price.

The Low-cost class is ideal for budget travelers. This option includes a seat in a general carriage. Upon boarding, you will receive a complimentary bottle of drinking water, and fresh newspapers will be available on the shelf in your carriage.

If you choose the Standard comfort class, you’ll travel in a six-person compartment or a general carriage, with options for Italian coffee or mint tea.

With a business-class ticket, you’ll enjoy a spacious seat in a four-person compartment, along with complimentary juice or a glass of sparkling wine.

If you're returning to Ukraine on an overnight train, we recommend booking a sleeper car for a more comfortable journey. You'll be able to rest properly and enjoy a croissant with coffee in the morning.

Bukovel

Bukovel, one of Ukraine's most famous resorts in the Carpathians, attracts tourists year-round. In winter, it offers skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and ice skating, with 68 slopes available for both beginners and professionals.

In spring and autumn, visitors can relax in saunas, swim in heated pools, or visit a salt room. Families with children will enjoy Hutsul Land Park, where they can see animals and experience the traditional Carpathian lifestyle.

In summer, Bukovel features one of Ukraine’s largest artificial freshwater lakes, Lake Molodosti. Here, you can swim, paddleboard, or take part in various water attractions. Many hotels also offer terraces with pools and mountain views.

Kosyno

One of Ukraine’s top thermal wellness resorts, Kosyno, is located in a 200-year-old oak grove in Zakarpattia. The complex features seven thermal pools filled with mineral-rich water containing iron, sodium, potassium, calcium, and zinc. Thermal baths help regulate blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, and support the recovery of the nervous system.

Kosyno is open year-round and also includes a water park during the summer.

Lviv

Often referred to as Ukraine’s cultural capital, Lviv is famous for its Opera House and Rynok Square, where visitors can find a variety of authentic restaurants. Beyond the city center, there are hidden gems worth exploring.

Additionally, the Church of St. Paraskeva, one of Ukraine’s oldest wooden churches, was built in 1820 in the Hutsul architectural style. This church remains active, hosting Easter celebrations and Christmas caroling events.

Kyiv

Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, is more than just Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti), which has been the site of many historic events. When visiting Kyiv, take time to admire the city’s colorful architecture. The House of Chimeras on Bankova street is a must-see. It was built in the modern style by architect Vladyslav Horodetskyi at the beginning of the 20th century. The building earned its name due to the unique architectural elements that include sculptures of mermaids, frogs, crocodiles, rhinos, and octopuses.

Another iconic landmark in Kyiv is the Motherland Monument. Its shield, previously adorned with a hammer and sickle, now features Ukraine’s coat of arms. On certain days, you can even access the observation deck for a panoramic view.
