- Now you don't need to make two separate orders - you can order insurance policy while buying a railway ticket.
- The system automatically dislplays only those policies which are geographically compatible with the chosen destination ("Ukraine" or "The World").
- The cost of policy is calculated on the basis of the information on the passenger and your travel route.

How you can apply for "RAILWAY+INSURANCE" service
- When ordering the ticket, indicate insurance policy in the "Additional Services" section and enter the date of birth*.
- The cost of the policy will be automatically added to the order amount. For the insurance policy, there will be created a separate order.
*The insurance policy cost is calculated based on the date of birth.
Upon reservation and service payment, there will come two messages to your email. One of them will contain your railway e-ticket, and the other Insurance Agreement. They will also be available in
"My Account" after authorisation on the site.

How you can cancel "RAILWAY+INSURANCE" order
The paid ETI policy may be cancelled
before the coverage period begins.
You need to:
- Log into "My Account" and choose "My Orders" tab.
- Enter "Insurance Policies" section, and open the information on the order with a click on the policy number which has to be cancelled.
- Press "Make a refund" button. Then you should enter the Buyer and payment information, if you paid through wire transfer method.
- Press "Make a refund" button, and the cost of the policy will be refunded to the bank account of the Buyer.
Please note:
The order for "RAILWAY+INSURANCE" service
is created as two separate reservations: one for the purchase of railway ticket, and the other for insurance policy.
Thus,
the request for ticket cancellation and refund does not necessarily mean automatic cancellation of and refund for the insurance policy.If you wish to cancel both ticket and policy, you should submit separate requests for ticket and insurance policy refund.
Should the insurance policy be arranged for several passengers per one reservation, there will be cancelled the whole Insurance Agreement.
In such a case, service cancellation for separate Insured persons is impossible!
