The following payment methods for train tickets are available on Tickets.ua:
- Visa/MasterCard plastic сredit/debit card;
- Privat24 (Internet banking service);
- Visa Checkout;
- Apple Pay (only Safari browser).
For the successful payment, please check if your card is suitable for payments:
- The card should be activated for online payments;
- The bank limit for withdrawing funds from the card is missing or exceeds the order price;
- You should have enough funds on your card.
We recommend you to contact your bank's support service by phone. You can find your bank's support service contact on the reverse side of your card and remove all the limits for successful payment of your order.
Attention! Pay for the order within 30 minutes. If you can't pay for the booking with the сredit/debit card, please check the possible reasons following
this link.
Upon payment, the document according to the type of purchased ticket* will be emailed at the address which you specified in customer information, as well as it will be available in "My account" section.
*A ticket with deferred printing or an
e-ticket.
